day 01 Rome-Orvieto-Montepulciano-Siena area
Departure from Rome at 8:00 am bound to Orvieto, a small city in Umbria perched on a tuff cliff. Continuation to Montepulciano to taste the local Vino Nobile, one of the oldest and most valuable wines of Tuscany. Accommodation in a hotel near Siena. Dinner welcome dinner and overnight stay.
day 02 Siena-Bologna-Mestre
Breakfast at the hotel and departure for Mestre. During the route a first stopwill be dedicated to visiting the historic centre of Siena, a medieval city built aroundPiazza del Campo, famous all over the world for its architectural beauty and itsparticular "shell" shape. Continuation to Bologna and free time to visit thesymbols of the city, such as the imposing
Piazza Maggiore and the Asinelli and Garisenda towers.Arrival in Mestre. Dinner at the hotel and overnight stay.
day 03 Mestre-Venice-Mestre
Breakfast at the hotel and transfer to the Island of Venice, a magical city, unique in its kind.Guided tour of the historic centre passing through Piazza San Marco, the heart of the city, with its extraordinary buildings (Basilica di San Marco, Palazzo Ducale, the Clock Tower) and for the Bridge of Sighs. Departure by boat to Murano to visit a famous glass factory and admire the amazing glass-making process. Return to Piazza San Marco and free time with the possibility of taking an optional gondola tour. At scheduled time, return to the hotel. Dinner at leisure and overnight stay.
day 04 Venice Mestre-Verona-Florence
Breakfast at the hotel and departure for Verona, the romantic city par excellence, the theatre of Romeo and Juliet’s love story. In the early afternoon continuation to Florence.After arriving, visit of the historic centre of the city passing through famous symbolic places such as Piazza del Duomo, the Santa-Maria-del-Fiore’s Cathedral, Piazza della Signoria (Signoria Sqare) and Ponte Vecchio.
day 05 Florence
Free day to explore Florence also called the “Cradle ofRenaissance”, one of the most famous cities in the World, with its unique artistic and cultural centre. Possibility of optional tours, such asthe visit of the Uffizi Gallery, the Academy Galleryor an excursion to immerse oneself in / plunge into the scents and colours of the Chianti district. Farewell dinner at a local restaurant and overnight stay.
day 06 Florence-Assisi-Rome
Breakfast at the hotel and at scheduled time departure for Assisi. Walk through the alleys of the medieval city, known for being the place where St. Francis and St. Clare lived, two important figures of the Italian religious history. Continuation to Rome and arrival at the city centre in late in the afternoon.
