day 01 sun Barcelona-Zaragoza-San Sebastian
Own arrangements to the coach terminal to depart at 08.00 to Zaragoza for a short stop. Then, we continue to San Sebastian for dinner and overnight.
day 02 mon San Sebastian-Bilbao-Santillana-Santander
After breakfast, we depart to Bilbao for a short panoramic tour to admire the Guggenheim Museum building. We continue to Santillana del Mar, city considered as a National Monument. We will do a short stop before heading to Santander for dinner and overnight.
day 03 tue Santander-Covadonga-Oviedo
In the morning, we depart through Picos de Europa mountains through splendid landscapes. We will stop in Covadonga where you will have some with free time to visit the Shrine. Then, we continue to Oviedo for dinner and overnight.
day 04 wed Oviedo-Gijon-Lugo
Today, we head towards Gijon, the second capital of the region of Asturias. We will go on a short panoramic tour of the town before driving through the areas of Luarca, Ribadeo and Lugo in the Region of Galicia. Enjoy dinner in the evening.
day 05 thu Lugo-La Coruna
After breakfast, we leave for La Coruna for a short panoramic tour. In the afternoon, you will have some time at leisure for personal disocveries or you can join the optional excursion to the Rias Altas through typical villages as Pontedeume, Betanzos. Enjoy dinner in the evening.
day 06 fri La Coruna-Santiago de Compostela
In the morning, depart to Santiago de Compostela. Enjoy a city tour of this legendary pilgrimage town including the Plaza del Obradoiro and the Cathedral. The afternoon is at leisure before enjoying dinner in the evening.
day 07 sat Santiago-Rias Bajas-Vigo
Breakfast and departure for the area of the Spanish Fjords (Rias Bajas). Optional excursion to Santa Tecla and Valenca do Mino across the Portuguese border. Continue to Vigo for dinner and overnight.
day 08 sun Vigo-Braga-Guimaraes-Oporto
After breakfast, depart to cross the Portuguese borders, arriving to Bom Jesus do Monte Sanctuary, close to Braga. We will do a brief stop before heading to Braga, ancient Roman City. You will have som time at leisure to visit the town and to get some lunch. In the afternoon, we will continue our journey to Guimaraes, birthplace of the Portuguese History. Enjoy some time at leisure. Then, we continue to Oporto for dinner and overnight.
day 09 mon Oporto-Fatima
Your day start by a morning city sightseeing tour of this charming city by the Duero. Famous because of is denomination of origin wines, its bridges, the coast, Cathedral, San Francisco church and the Palacio da Bolsa. Continue to Coimbra, site of one of the oldest universities in Europe and birthplace of Fado. Enjoy some free time in the afternoon and continue to Fatima for dinner and overnight.
day 10 tue Fatima-Lisbon
In the morning, you will have some time at leisure to visit the Shrine of this important pilgrimage center. In the afternoon, we drive to Lisbon, the capital of Portugal. This journey could be optionally including a visit the Batalha Monastery, located in the small fishing village of Nazare and the beautiful city of Ovidos. Arrive to Lisbon for overnight. day 11 wed Lisbon
Morning city sightseeing tour including the old Alfama Quarter, Tower of Belem and the Monastery of Los Jeronimos. The afternoon is at leisure. Optional tour to Sintra, Cascais and Estoril.
day 12 thu Lisbon-Caceres-Madrid
today, we travel to the border with Spain and we head to Caceres. Enjoy some time at leisure to know its Plaza Mayor and to walk through the old city and its famous medieval quarter, very well preserved and considered as World Heritage place. You will have some time at leisure for lunch. We continue to Madrid where your tour comes to an end upon arrival.
