day 02 mon Culinary Experience in Paris

This morning meet your guide at the Tuileries or Palais Royal Metro stop and head to a typical French Market. Accompanied by a culinary specialist you will visit a typical Parisian market and purchase the products for your cooking class. During the cooking class you will prepare a main course and a dessert that you will enjoy for lunch accompanied by wine and cheese. The chef will also chat about the French wines served at lunch, enjoy an unusual culinary experience in Paris! The remaining of the afternoon is at leisure for personal discoveries or you can also join one of our optional tours to visit Paris. BL

day 03 tue Bake your own Baguette & Wine Promenade

Today we, discover the secrets of how the crisp baguettes are being made, just right colour and texture and gain secret of how to produce a good dough for croissants. A unique opportunity in a real French bakery, being initiated in the trade of the world famous French bakers! Even the Parisians will envy your experience…. spending a morning in a baker’s workshop and discover the various preparation steps that explain the fabulous crisp and light baguettes, the Viennoiseries (croissants, chocolate croissants…) and the pastries. This 2.5 hour tour starts of course with a breakfast at the bakery where you will get to taste croissant and pain au chocolat. You will leave at the end of the session with your own baguette. At 15.30, meet at the Paris Cave Wine Shop for a 2 hour wine tour promenade. Whether you are a wine novice or a real connoisseur, this tasting experience is for you! Taste a wonderful variety of French wines: from Alsace to Bordeaux, from Burgundy to the Rhone Valley...accompanied with a plate of French charcuteries (cold meats and sausages). With a unique and refreshing approach, the French sommelier will show you how to read a French label and how to navigate a wine list. You will also chat about wine appreciation and pairing. You will feel as if you are travelling through the major French wine regions and the interesting details that make French wines unique. Learn how to slurp wine with class! Plus other useful tips and techniques. B

day 04 wed Paris

Enjoy the day at leisure, or pre-book an optional tour of your choice. B

day 05 thu Gourmet Tour

This tour will fit in perfectly after a morning visit to the Eiffel Tower. Accompanied with your guide you will spend the afternoon discovering local and typical French gourmet boutiques. After shopping, you will enjoy these delicacies. The 7th district of Paris is renowned for the Eiffel Tower, the Champ de Mars, the Trocadero, École Militaire… but not many know that next to such a huge monument exists one of the most unexplored quarters of the city, even for Parisian people. On this tour we will show you the secrets of this area and walk through characteristic streets and colourful markets. Including visits the best pastry shops and boutiques in town and taste some of their specialties: a handmade chocolate laboratory or taste the best “marron glace” in town! An interesting tour where you learn “in situ” something more about Paris. B

day 06 fri Paris - Departure

Your tour comes to an end in the morning. Own arrangement to the airport/train station for departure or extend your stay on request. We can organise private transfers on request. B
