day 01 Sydney
Independent arrival in Sydney and day at leisure.
day 02 Sydney Aquarium
Spend the day exploring Sydney Aquarium and you will be astounded by the diversity of Australia's aquatic environments. At Australia's largest Aquarium, the variety of aquatic life will astound you. With over 650 species, nowhere else in the world will you find a larger collection of Australian aquatic life. There is a massive display on the Great Barrier Reef featuring living coral and brilliantly coloured tropical fish. Glass tunnels let you walk the sea floor and you can get hands-on experience at several touch pools. Nowhere else will you find a more extensive collection of Australian aquatic life, with over 11,500 animals and the largest Great Barrier Reef exhibit in the world.
day 03 Harbour Cruise
This cruise to the upper reaches of Sydney harbour takes place on board a sleek modern motor cruiser and it shows you what public and private Sydney are really all about. It covers the Main Harbour attractions such as the Opera House, the Harbour Bridge and Fort Denison, and waterfront homes, parks, beaches and marinas that show Sydney life at its best. The cruise includes a light morning or afternoon tea to enjoy while you are on the water.
day 04 Blue Mountains
Discover the spectacular Blue Mountains and see native wildlife whilst you explore World Heritage-listed Blue Mountains National Park. This rugged and beautiful region forms part of the Great Dividing Range, linking tropical north to temperate south, while dividing coastal cities from the vast Outback. Enjoy a stop at Echo Point and see the famous Three Sisters rock formation and have an opportunity to visit the Waradah Aboriginal Centre and hear the ancient Aboriginal legends of this impressive rock formation (own expense). Arrive at Scenic World and join the optional Blue Mountain rides - Scenic Railway, Cableway or Skyway. These rides are a great way to see the steep valleys, canyons and Three Sisters rock formation. Discover Leura village where you will have free time for lunch or the chance to wander the streets. Next we enjoy an afternoon encounter at Featherdale Park and have your photo taken with a cuddly koala, see kangaroos, wombats, dingoes and cute little fairy penguins. Our last stop will be at Homebush Bay, the venue of the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games. Here, you have the option to catch your river cruise vessel back to Sydney and enjoy a relaxing cruise along the Parramatta River. If you do not wish to join the ferry, the coach will arrive in Sydney at approximately 5.45pm. Hotel drop offs to most city hotels are available; your driver guide will ask you at the end of the day where you would like to be dropped off.

day 05 Sydney
Your tour comes to an end in the morning or join the Sydney and Surrounds extension.
Inclusions: twin share at the Hotel Pier One Sydney (or similar), deluxe coach, join your guided tours at the departure point, local taxes.
