bread, cheese and wine at a tiny bar in the woods. Descent
to Portovenere and explore this medieval village. Profile
on the walk: Paths are
often narrow and require walking stability, duration 5-6hrs
walk some steep downhill/uphill tracks. Bring: drinking water,
sunscreen, wind jacket, hat, comfortable shoes. |

Morning at leisure. Afternoon
walk to a renowned vineyard for wine tasting: meet your sommelier
who will guide you through 4 quality wines, plus 3 olive oil
tasting accompanied by snacks. Briefing on
the local winemaking, the maintenance of the vineyards and
the local cuisine. After the tasting you can walk to the nearby
village of Groppo (30min) or use your Cinque Terre Card and
travel by bus. |
