day 4 Graves and Sauternes Wines

Graves is famed for all 3 of Bordeaux’s wines: reds, dry whites and sweet wines. Visit and wine taste in a famous classified vineyard then continue for the charming Sauternes, this is made from Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc and Muscadelle grapes affected by Botrytis cinerea, known as noble rot! causing the grapes to become partially raisined, resulting in a distinctively flavoured wines. Visit and a wine tasting at a prestigious winery.
