day 01           Arrive Dubrovnik           

                                                        
Upon arrival to Dubrovnik you will be transferred to pier for embarkation. Meet your travel companions and your Cruise Manager for a Welcome Reception. Evening at leisure, walk Dubrovnik's vibrant streets. Overnight on board. 


day 02             Dubrovnik-Mljet-Korcula  

                                                    
Start the day with a walking tour of Dubrovnik, the pearl of Adriatic famous city enlisted as UNESCO’s World Heritage. Visit the Rector’s Palace and Franciscan Monastery’s Pharmacy. Lunch is on board. Set sail Mljet Island. Arrive at the heart of Mljet National Park where you enjoy a beautiful walk around the Great and the Small Lake. Late afternoon we will continue to Korcula, the acclaimed birthplace of the famous explorer Marco Polo. Enjoy dinner on board. BLD


day 03             Korcula-Hvar    

                                                                    
A walking tour of Korcula old town takes you through narrow, cobbled streets and will include visit to the majestic Gothic-Baroque Cathedral of St. Mark. Departure to Hvar Island en route lunch and stop for swimming, late afternoon arrival at Hvar, enjoy a tour of Hvar, town with the first public theatre in Europe (older than Shakespeare Theatre in the UK), Franciscan Monastery and many more. Evening at leisure in Hvar, dine at one of the many family owned restaurants. BL


day 04             Hvar-Bol-Split                  

                                                   
Sail to Bol that has the best beach in Croatia, Golden Horn, for a swim. Golden Horn is a vast, golden pebble beach long some 580 yards. It is unique also by changing shape and position depending on the winds. Continue sailing to Split, with lunch on board. Afternoon walking tour of the historic centre, built around the Roman Emperor Diocletian’s Palace, a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage site. See the remnants of Split’s Roman heritage, Jupiter’s Temple, Peristyle & Cathedral.  BD


day 05            Split-Trogir-Sibenik                           

                                     
Today we will continue or journey to UNESCO City of Trogir. Time at leisure in Trogir to explore this unique city, lunch on board and we continue to Sibenik with stop on the way for swimming. After we arrive in Sibenik, enjoy a walk and dinner at one of many restaurants in Sibenik. BL


day 06             Sibenik-Sali            

                                                                 
The Sibenik is home to two National Parks, Krka with its waterfalls and Kornati which has more than 140 islands. Lunch on board then onto Sali. BL


day 07             Sali- Zadar                               

                                             
Depart to Zadar. Stop for a swim followed by lunch on board, late afternoon arrival in Zadar and guided city tour. Zadar’s historical centre is a compact pedestrian zone, perfect to explore on foot and admire the walls built in 16th century by Venetians as a defence from the Turks. You will see 16th century Port Gate where the Venetian lion (symbol of Venice) still guards the entrance, then to the Square of the 5 Wells, Church of St Donat, Roman Forum (1C BC) and the huge St Anastasia Cathedral. day 08             Zadar-Opatija                                                                        


Today you will travel by coach northbound to Plitvice Lakes National Park, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Have your camera ready as we take a walking tour around several of the lower lakes. Enjoy the breathtaking scenery of this natural wonder with 16 terraced lakes surrounded by thickly wooded mountains and lush vegetation. Continue to Opatija. Stroll along the Promenade, view the famous villas and other major tourist sights, dinner at your hotel. BD     

          
day 09             Opatija                                    

                                                 
Morning is to enjoy orientation tour of Pula, a strategic port since the times of the ancient Romans with entrances to Amphitheater, the sixth largest of its kind to be preserved in the world today. Proceed to Porec where you will see the Basilica of Euphrasius, a UNESCO Heritage site. Continue to the beautiful resort of Rovinj. Enjoy free time exploring the old town and its narrow lanes before returning to Opatija. B


day 10          Opatija-Postojna-Venice     

                                          
Travel via Slovenia to Venice. Stop and visit Postojna Caves. With access to over five kilometres of caves, the Postojna Caves constitutes the world’s most extensive system open to the public. Continue to Venice for dinner  BD


day 11           Venice       

                                                                            
Today, begin with a tour of Venice. Start your walking tour at St Mark’s Square visit St Mark’s Basilica and the Doge’s Palace; view the Bell Tower and Bridge of Sighs. Also visit a glass blowing factory where you will see the demonstration of a traditional Venetian glass blowing. Rest of the day is at leisure. Enjoy Venice at your own pace, shop or join an optional gondola ride. Farewell dinner. BD


day 12             Depart Venice           

                                                            
Tour comes to an end this morning. You will be transfer to Venice airport for your flight home. B
